Registration

General Information

Registration for the IRS2012 is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees.

Regular registration includes coffee breaks, lunches, icebreaker and banquet.
Student registration (high level) includes coffee breaks, lunches and icebreaker.
Student registration (low level) includes coffee breaks and icebreaker.

 

There will be an onsite purchase of a Banquet ticket (€50) available for those whose registration fee does not include the banquet - (students and someone purchasing a day ticket).

On-Site Registration

On-site registration at on-site rates will be possible at the registration counter and the payment can be made by cash or credit card. The opening hours of the registration counter are as follows:

*	Registration fee without lunch, only applicable for students and accompanying persons.
**	Family member or companion of the registrant attending a conference for the social content of the conference programme. Registration as an Accompanying Person includes admission to the conference venue, icebreaker, banquet, coffee breaks, and for the higher priced option, lunches.  Entry to the exhibition and poster area and all other conference sessions is not included.
†	For non student registrants with demonstrable need the IRC will consider requests to reduce the registration fee to the Student level on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
• Registration fees are not transferable.
• Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 06 July 2012. The cancellation fee is €50.
• Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.
